For landlords: one management percentage that covers rent collection, inspections, contractor coordination, and statements, with any additional services (inventory, check-out, renewals) priced on paper in advance. For lettings: gas safety, EICR, EPC, deposit protection, Right to Rent, smoke and CO alarms, legionella risk, with every renewal diaried and actioned before it expires.
