Additional Fees & Charges
Tenancy Agreement
Preparation of a legally compliant tenancy agreement, including any bespoke clauses, and arranging signatures from both landlord and tenant.
Inventory & Check-Out
Professional inventory clerk attends the property at the end of the tenancy to produce a detailed check-out report, with recommendations on any deposit deductions. Includes managing the deposit return.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
We arrange a qualified assessor to visit your property and produce a valid EPC, which is a legal requirement before marketing a rental property.
Gas Safety Certificate
We arrange for a Gas Safe registered engineer to inspect all gas appliances and issue a Gas Safety Certificate - required annually by law.
Tenancy Renewal
Negotiation and preparation of a tenancy renewal with your existing tenant, including updated documentation and compliance checks.
